Scars of Summer

Synopsis

Scars of Summer is an RPG playing out from the perspective of Keita, a young man who’s lived his whole life in the Iriki village. Due to family circumstances, he needed to find himself housing for the duration of the summer, after which he’s supposed to move out to the big city. His childhood friend Ryoka came to his rescue, offering him a place to stay. Keita always had a crush on her and decides to use this opportunity to finally confess to her, provided he can find the courage. Throughout the game, the player can explore the village as Keita and perform various daily actives. To build up his courage and connect with Ryoka, Keita will have to earn money, spend time with her, and recollect their memories. It is possible for other male characters to approach and seduce Ryoka, often even when she’s spending time with Keita. If Keita plays his cards wrong, he’ll soon stumble upon Ryoka having fun with other men, or read about it in her diary. For Keita, keeping Ryoka satisfied with their relationship won’t be an easy task.
