Synopsis

Tomoki Kawaii and his girlfriend Yukino Komori are on a trip through the woods in their car, until suddenly the GPS stops working and the mobile phone reception breaks down. After a tyre burst, the failed date ends with them looking for accommodation for the night. Fortunately, they come across the luxurious Black Rose Mansion of the pretty landlady Marie, who lets them stay with her for as long as necessary. Marie has been watching them during their journey and claims she has already contacted a mechanic to repair the vehicle, though he has not yet arrived. She even invites her guests to a fancy dinner. Meanwhile, however, the house turns out to be an extremely mysterious place where lightly dressed maids, strict dominas and even enslaved cross-dressers have found their home.
