Synopsis
It follows the story of Takopi, a cheerful, octopus-like alien from the Planet Happy who comes to Earth with a mission: to spread happiness. He meets Shizuka, a quiet and deeply troubled elementary school girl who is constantly bullied at school and neglected at home. Takopi, innocent and well-meaning but unfamiliar with Earth’s complexities, tries to help Shizuka feel happier using various alien gadgets.
