Accela Vargas is a character from the Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki series. She is the daughter of Excel Walter, wife of Castor Vargas, and mother to Carla Vargas and Carl Vargas. Accela is a member of the dragonewt race like her husband Castor, though her dragonewt traits appear mixed with those of the sea dragon race from her mother Excel.
