Akito Sohma is the main antagonist of the anime Fruits Basket and Manga series. She is the only daughter of Ren and Akira Sohma. Akito is the head of the Sohma family, and fulfills the role of the "God" of the Chinese Zodiac. Akito is shrouded in mystery and depicted as a short-tempered and abusive woman who has physically and emotionally scarred many Sohmas.
