Aleph

Aleph is the protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei II. At the beginning of the game, he goes by the name Hawk and fight in organized matches as a Gladiator under Okamoto's guidance in Valhalla, a district of Tokyo Millennium. After winning the title of Champion in the Colosseum, they both gain the Center citizenship, but then they discover Hawk has always been from the Center and that his true name is Aleph. Aleph is actually meant to be the Messiah choosen by God to guide the people of Tokyo Millennium towards the construction of the Millennium Kingdom.
