Alexei

Alexei is a Russian man whose daughter is held hostage and is ordered to infiltrate the ninja organization. Alexei arrives at Nerima City Office and speaks with Ozu asking him where he can find ninjas. Ozu tells him he can find them behind him and the man turns scared and prepared to fight, but can't see any ninjas and wonders who is the ninja. Ozu explains that there is Japanese proverb stating that if you throw a rock, it will hit a ninja, meaning that there are so many ninjas around him.
