Alsace

Hailing from the Iris Libre, Alsace's appearance is that of a young woman with ice-blue hair and eyes wearing a white, thin garment. She also wears a black mask that covers the upper half of her face and nose, as well as two metallic-black wings that seem to be attached to armor on her upper legs. Her name and motif is based on a pair of planned French fast battleships from the 1930s to the 1940s.
