Altiria is a beautiful young girl with jade-green eyes and blond hair. Her appearance resembles her older Regina Mercedes very much. She is the fourth princess (actually the fifth princess) of the Integrated Empire, replaced his older sister Regina. She was the youngest daughter of House O’ltriese, one of the three royal factions that led the Integrated Empire. She heads to Tactical City after receiving a distress signal sent by Tactical City during the chaos caused by Alakiel's attack.
