Alyx Vance

Alyx Vance is a major character in Half-Life 2, and the heroine in Half-Life Alyx. As a young child, Alyx lived in the Black Mesa dormitories with her mother and father, however was forced to escape with her father after the facility suffered severe structural damage and hostile aliens began killing the personnel. Alyx's mother was killed during the incident. Alyx grew up during the Combine occupation of Earth. When she reached adulthood, she joined the resistance movement against the Combine.
