Angela Raines, known as simply Angela in the Japanese version, is a reporter for Daily Duel and rival to Carly Carmine. Her surname is not given in the Japanese version. She tends to be much more successful than and disrespectful towards Carly (in the dub she attended the same high school as Carly). Angela is a young woman of average height with green eyes.
