The first person Kazuma speaks with in Axel's Guildhall, Arakuremono (荒くれ者) is a middle-aged robust, mohawk-chan with the ability to always be where Satou Kazuma seems to have accomplished something amazing, always taking a brief few seconds to mention how momentous this occasion must be.
