Aran Hekiru

Aran Hekiru (碧流 亜乱) is a Ranger and a member of Blue Battalion, who formerly held the rank of Junior Third Class. After taking the credit for defeating Hwalipon, he was promoted to Junior First Class. He was shown to be very nervous and anxious with how he constantly stutters, he's also very sensitive, shown on how he went berserk due to D playing underhanded tricks on him. He's also shown a lot of care on what other people think of him, and has a serious victim-complex. After the time skip, he is shown to be more prideful and arrogant.
