Arata Shindo

Arata Shindo is an Inspector within Division 01 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau. In the history of the PSB, Shindo is the first inspector to be acknowledged as Criminally Asymptomatic by the Sibyl System. He is one of the main protagonists of Psycho-Pass 3.
