Arata Shindo Husbando

Arata Shindo is an Inspector within Division 01 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau. In the history of the PSB, Shindo is the first inspector to be acknowledged as Criminally Asymptomatic by the Sibyl System. He is one of the main protagonists of Psycho-Pass 3. Shindo is a male of shorter than average height and a fit build in his 20's. He has golden eyes and messy brown hair. He is typically seen wearing a black suit, white dress shirt and black tie. When on a mission, he wears the standard CID jacket or a green coat. When working out, he wears an orange t-shirt and grey shorts with green runners. His personality is described as bright and self-assured. He is slightly goofy, which puts some people off, but he is also intelligent and has a serious side. He cares about others and purposefully acts cheerful in front of them so as to not make them worry. He believes that the system isn't everything and that humans should always exercise judgement before pulling the trigger on a Dominator, often employing other methods before using it.
