Arbitro

Arbitro is a deeply pretentious and theatrical person whose obsession with art masks something far more disturbing. His tastes are gaudy, cruel, and overtly perverse, reflected in the explicit sculptures of naked young men that fill his manor. He also derives clear sadistic enjoyment from keeping a man named Kau as his “pet” dog. He rejects any criticism of his actions, claiming that others simply don't understand his "masterpieces".
