Arisa Nishiura

She's a public relations representative for the Matsuura Railway. She was actually high school classmates with Kodama and still keeps in touch with her occasionally. Before meeting Kodama, Arisa viewed trains simply as a means of transport, but spending time together gradually sparked her interest. Now, she knows more about the Matsuura Railway than anyone else! She is currently planning special event trains to promote the railway and the areas along its line.
