Arrow is a former Third Generation pyrokinetic and the Primary Vice-Commander of the Knights of the Ashen Flame, that served as the Third Pillar's guardian. Arrow is a young woman with long dark-blue hair kept in a small bun with light coloured clips in her bangs that frame her face, and up or down-pointing arrows as her iris in each dark blue eye.
