Arsinoe

Cleopatra's younger sister. Her base is a different set of ruins from the ones where Pharaoh and Cleopatra rest. She has a bold personality like her sister, but when she's around Cleopatra she can lose perspective and become excessively stern. She puts up a barrier of thunder around her own base.
