Artemisia

Artemisia (or Ultimatia) was the Dragon Monarch of the Winged Bloodline. She was previously known as Carla Number 19835, one of the clones of the saintess Carla of the Sun Cult. Her ability is Time Magic : Heed me, all creation, and fall still: time is stopped for everyone except to specific targets of her choice. Heed me, time, and return: a localized target physical state is returned to a shortly before state, the target can be herself, mostly used as a healing spell. Heed me, all creation, and return: time is rewinded to a point of her choice for the entire world (costs a lot of mana). Time Acceleration: the natural recovery speed of the target is accelerated to the point any fatal injury can be healed as long as the target is alive.
