Aslan Jade Callenreese, better known as Ash Lynx, is the protagonist of Banana Fish. Throughout the majority of the series, Ash is the leader of a New York gang and the unwilling heir to the Corsican mafia. Ash Lynx is the second born of Jim Callenreese and the only child of a young hippie girl, stepson of Jennifer, and the younger half-brother of Griffin Callenreese.
