Asuka R. Kreutz

Asuka R. Kreutz, also referred to as That Man and as the Gear Maker, is a major character in the Guilty Gear series. He is the creator of the Gears and their commander Justice, and is the target of Sol Badguy's revenge. Until the events of Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, he had three servants—the faithful Raven, the unpredictable I-No, and the mysterious Jack-O' Valentine—who frequently acted on his behalf while he remained behind the scenes.
