Atari is an esper that served as the JAA's fortune teller until, due to incorrect predictions regarding Slur's activities, she was imprisoned in the JAA's jail. Atari is a short woman with a childish appareance. She has large black eyes and wears a fitted, long-sleeved black shirt with sleeves that extend to her palms.
