Ayako

Ayako is the manager of Shohoku High School's basketball team and Ryota Miyagi's love interest. Her last name is unknown. Sakuragi's friends hilariously call her "Anego"; this translates to "Big Sis," but in Japanese is used more for a Big Sis leader of a yakuza or delinquent group. As the manager, Ayako keeps track of team logistics such as schedule and match statistics. She also helps treat basic injuries during matches.
