Ayumu Kiriya is a character who primarily appears in the DLC installments of the GAMERS! light novels. She is a university student and video game livestreamer going by the alias Torabasami who invites Keita Amano to her apartment to secretly record his reactions for content. She is the neighbor and classmate of fellow Arakami student Ao Saika. Ayumu is an androgynous woman with a slim, thin physique. Due to her androgyny, deep voice, and gender neutral name, she is easily mistaken for a man by others. As a game streamer, Ayumu takes pride in her skills and work, enjoying that her viewers consider her videos refined and straightforward. Her usual disposition is calm and composed, which is a selling point in her videos. However, she also considers her lack of expression to be a detriment to her entertainment value, which is why she seeks out Keita for his more expressive reactions to playing new games for the first time. Outside of her content as Torabasami, she participates in fighting game matches against SALT0519, whom she secretly considers her rival. While not entirely friendless, Ayumu appears to have few real life acquaintances beyond Ao and Keita, though she takes offense whenever he identifies her as a loner like himself. Although she initially only pretends to be friends with Keita to use his reactions as a source of content, she soon comes to enjoy playing games with him and care for him as a person. She has enough concern for him that she worries about potentially complicating his love life should he realize she is a woman. Ayumu shows a degree of obliviousness to certain things, such as Ao Saika's obvious feelings for her, a fact which Ao acknowledges. It does not occur to her that an adult woman bringing a high school student into her apartment may look salacious to outsiders until Ao points this out to her. When she accepted to drink from the same can of coffee Keita drank from, she did not understand why Ao stopped her, seemingly unfamiliar with the concept of an indirect kiss. Ayumu is also oblivious to her own feelings for Keita, not recognizing that she blushes when he gets close to her.
