Bagpipe

After graduating from The Victorian Royal Guard Academy and serving for three years in the Victorian Army, Bagpipe retired and joined Rhodes Island on Superintendent Ch'en's recommendation. A professional soldier who has received systematic military training, Bagpipe has already demonstrated her seasoned combat skills and tactical acumen in Rhodes Island's various missions following a period of consultation.
