Beauty Ichigaya

As the reigning Judo World Champion, Ichigaya was approached by a talent scout inviting her to join New Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling. Thus she looks down on her peers who joined New Japan via the standard rookie selection process, and gets along only with Toshimi Minami. She has particularly disliked Mighty Yukiko (whom she calls "the flat-bodied hick girl") ever since Yukiko unintentionally interrupted her inaugural press conference and divided the media attention she had originally intended for herself alone. Ichigaya intends to prove her superiority over her peers in the rookie tournament "Angel Crown", but is defeated by Yukiko in the final, further increasing her hostility towards her rival. When Yukiko raises her Revolutionary Army, Ichigaya naturally sides with the Regular Army led by Panther Risako in order to oppose Yukiko. After Yukiko successfully becomes IWWF Asia Heavyweight Champion, Ichigaya decides that the only way to prove her own superiority over Yukiko is to become IWWF World Heavyweight Champion ahead of Yukiko. She manages to arrange and win a match against title holder Remy Dadarne of GWA, thus making history as the first Japanese wrestler to win the title. However, she then loses the title to Dark Star Chaos of WWCA, who in turn loses the title to Yukiko, a result which frustrates Ichigaya once again. Citing inadequate employee benefits as a pretext, Ichigaya quits New Japan and instigates roughly half the New Japan wrestlers to simultaneously defect to her own newly founded promotion JWI (Japan Wrestling of Ichigaya), whose main attractions are its luxurious living and training facilities (no dorm chores!) all paid for out of Ichigaya's own pocket, but whose main purpose is to promote Ichigaya herself. She then leads JWI on a crusade against New Japan. But it all goes horribly wrong. The highly hyped addition of Blade Uehara to JWI turns into humiliation when Uehara immediately raises a Rebel Army inside JWI. An exhibition match between Ichigaya and JWI recruit Megumi Muto, intended to be a squash match for Ichigaya to show off her strength, ends in victory for Muto, causing Ichigaya to turn on her own staff for suggesting such a match (even though she herself came up with the idea.....). Mimi Yoshihara, originally recruited to be JWI's commentator, trashes Ichigaya in front of the media. An attempt is then made to recast Muto as a masked wrestler called Bushido, but when Bushido representing JWI goes up against Chigusa Yuki representing New Japan, Chigusa recognizes Muto, causing Muto to abandon JWI on the spot in order to rejoin her best friend. This string of disasters causes JWI to implode, and Ichigaya is defeated by Yukiko in the climactic title match set up between JWI and New Japan. Claiming the entire sport is rife with corruption, Ichigaya suddenly announces her retirement from wrestling. A while later, Ichigaya announces her comeback as if nothing ever happened, forming a tag team with Jena Megalight of TWWA and winning the IWWF Tag Team Champions title from the Sniper Sisters. A tag match against Yukiko and Muto is scheduled, but shortly before the match itself, Ichigaya and Megalight attack Yukiko outside the ring and break her leg, leaving her unable to compete. At the last minute, Chigusa substitutes as Muto's partner, and Ichigaya and Megalight end up losing the title to them instead. Following this event, Ichigaya unceremoniously dumps Megalight and reverts to her old tag partner Minami. Later, Ichigaya and Minami are one of the teams are invited to the "Strongest Tag League" battle.
