Bell Flora (ベルフローラ Berufurōra) is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Doctor Regina Babylon to manage the Alchemy Lab of Babylon. Her airframe number is 21. She nicknamed herself as Flora (フローラ Furōra). She is a gynoid with a one-sided ponytail, pink-colored hair, white skin and gold-colored eyes.
