Bellbedia Delussia

Bell is a magical adventurer with much defensive and supportive magic power, but not much into offensive magic type. She is addicted to potions and drinks them with excessive frequency, to the point she become under "alcohol effects" from overusing potions. She goes on adventures with Saki, and, later, with Alexander Purchinov.
