Berkut

Berkut (Japanese: ベルクト Berkut) is a ranking member of the Rigelian army and the nephew of Emperor Rudolf. Berkut did not appear in Fire Emblem Gaiden and is a new character first appearing in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. He prizes his high social standing as the nephew of the emperor and a possible heir to the Rigelian throne.

Berkut is a prideful man who, much like Fernand, places great emphasis on social status. Unlike Fernand, who acts as if he is owed something for being a noble, Berkut feels the need to demonstrate his own power and worth.
