Binkan-chan

Binkan-Chan is a minor character appearing in Shimoneta. She appears briefly in every episode, mostly showing reactions to SOX's actions or other incidents in the episode. Binka means sensitive in Japanese. Binkan-Chan has shoulder long brown hair and green eyes. She wears the Tokioka School uniform with a knee length skirt. Nothing is really known about Binkan-Chan's personality, although she does show interest for SOX's actions, just like the majority of Tokioka students. She is also very sensitive.
