Blue Pheonix Husbando

Blue Phoenix is Thirteen's master and one of the Shadow Assassins of the Killers League. He ordered Thirteen to kill Seven and bring back his sword. In the Season 3 dub, he's referred to as Green Phoenix. At the age of 21, he went on a killing spree of strong opponents in order to be recruited by the Killers League as one of the Shadow Assassins. He took Thirteen as an apprentice around the same time. He's a young man with long white hair and Green eyes. He is tall and slender and appears very dignified. He wears some red eyeliner under his eyes and uses twin blades.
