Blücher

Blücher is a Admiral Hipper Class Heavy Cruiser. She shares many looks with her older sister Admiral Hipper, such as her blondish white hair color and red eyes, yet physically she appears to take after her younger sister Prinz Eugen, with much more "mature" proportions. She wears a plaid pleated skirt, thigh highs, and a Iron Blood Scarf. She is lively and articulate, and a high-strength girl whose affection for her commander stands out. She can be relied upon in times of need...maybe?
