Boiled

Boiled is an assassin of the agency Dondenkai and one of the primary antagonists of the Amusement Park Arc, alongside his partner, Obiguro. He is a Japan Clear Creation (JCC) graduate. He later reappears as a supporting character in the JAA Jail Arc. Boiled is a tall man with short brown hair (black in the digital colored manga) a beard and a scar on his left cheek.
