Brian is an unconventional former detective who neither conforms nor shows deference to authority. Despite being a highly competent detective with a remarkable arrest record, he was involved in a certain scandal that led him to join the Marginal Service. He possesses excellent athletic abilities, a strong sense of justice, and is caring towards others, but sometimes tends to be reckless.
