Cackletta

Cackletta, also known as Bowletta after possessing Bowser, is the main antagonist of the 2003 role-playing video game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and the overarching antagonist of Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser. She is an evil witch from the Beanbean Kingdom who sought to awaken the legendary Beanstar in order to fulfill her desire of world domination. Later she possesses Bowser's body after nearly dying, usurping his Koopa Troop in order to achieve this same purpose. She is also the archenemy of both Queen Bean and her son, Prince Peasley, as well as Fawful's former mistress.
