Caenis

Caenis was a member of the Council of Elders of Okhema. She originally appears as a politician concerned with the people, intent on keeping the Chrysos Heirs in check due to their status as demigods. She harbored an intense and ruthless hatred of the Heirs, seeing them as highborn who thought they were above mortals. This hatred would not only lead her to kill many Heirs during the war and beyond; she would also use alchemical arts to implant memories of her original self into her successors so as to continue persecuting them.
