Candace is a stripper who works at the Strip Club on Inna de Poona. She is airheaded, ditzy, and frankly not very intelligent. She enjoys children's toys and bright colors. She has a soft voice and speaks with a Southern American accent. Despite her flaws, she is very kind and caring to her friends. Candace is addicted to cocaine, as shown in the Player's first meeting with her, where she is receiving a hit from Nora.
