Cathy is a soldier for the City of Ted. She has long brown hair worn in a pony tail and green eyes. She wears a standard City of Ted soldier uniform. A female guard with a ponytail who is Hiro's senior. He takes good care of him, helps him train Hiro, who was abandoned by other guards, teaches him various things, and treats him like a companion.
