CE-tan

CE-tan (Japanese: CEたん) is the OS-tan that represents Windows Compact Embedded (or Windows CE for short).\ CE-tan is depicted as a small, palm sized fairy with transparent wings. She has orange hair styled into twintails with red bows. She sometimes wears a frilly headband. She wears a pink nurse uniform, and usually also wears a pair of black leggings and boots.
