Cecilia Cello is a member of the UFS. She has a free spirited, childlike personality, but she also has an appearance that attracts the attention of the opposite sex. She has the biggest sweet tooth and carries sweets, specially chocolate with her, all the time. She is blond hair and blue eyes, she has hair bits that look like dog ears. A girl born in a UFS research facility. Artificially created via gene manipulation, she was born with superhuman abilities to control strong demon powers. Along with her innate powers, she received a strict, special education from the UFS researchers. Not only are her physical powers outstanding, her mental capabilities are also other-worldly.
