Celestine

Celestine is the Administrator of Verny. As per the request of her superior from the Administrator of Earth, she allows Kaoru to migrate over to her administration of Verny. Celestine is an affable individual who solely cares about the responsibility of fixing space-time disorders that appear on Vernie. She is described by Kaoru to be someone who's head is in the clouds. Celestine has the appearance of a young teenage girl with long blonde hair and turquoise colored eyes. She dresses in a simple white and gold-trimmed dress.
