She's an actress friend of Luna, Melanie, Brianna and Rinoa, the 5 of them having stared in the Galaxy Girls film. In the film, she plays the the crew member Sara. She has an ambiguous attitude towards Luna that Luna's boyfriend, Josh, can't figure out. Celia has a cheerful personality. She's kinda provocative, but also a bit manipulative.
