Chen is a Senior Superintendent of Lungmen and head of the special inspection team of the Longmen Guard Bureau who graduated from the Royal Victorian Guardian School with outstanding achievements and performance. During her tenure at the Lungmen Guard Bureau, she tried to ban illegal activities in Lungmen, as well as combat violent and organized crimes, and pursue armed fugitives and international recidivism, which she achieved many major achievements. She is now specialized to assist Rhodes Island operations and provide tactical command support.
