Charlotte

Charlotte appears silent and stoic when accompanying Smiley, the leader of the Education Institution, whom she worships, and she would do follow any orders to gain his favor. Charlotte is the Colonel's daughter, who he thought has died in the past. However, she was in fact modified into a pseudo-Hemiteos Unit by the Education Institution. She is first seen standing alongside Smiley as he gives a speech to the Education Institution. She is also seen accompanying and observing Smiley in his bedchamber. Charlotte is eventually sent by Smiley to intercept Empress as the latter travels towards the Orbital Elevator. After successfully stopping Empress and the escorting Peacebuilding Forces convoy with airstrikes, she disembarks from her jet fighter drone and stomps on Empress, mocking her feebleness despite being marked as the greatest threat by Smiley. Dead Master tries to stop Charlotte in close range, but is defeated swiftly. This intervention, however, buys enough time for Empress to ready her Coilgun against Charlotte. Realizing that the girl who attacks them is actually his own daughter, the Colonel pleads Empress not to shoot, Empress destroys Charlotte's weapon instead, causing Charlotte to flee in panic.
