Charlotte appears silent and stoic when accompanying Smiley, the leader of the Education Institution, whom she worships, and she would do follow any orders to gain his favor. Charlotte is the Colonel's daughter, who he thought has died in the past. However, she was in fact modified into a pseudo-Hemiteos Unit by the Education Institution. She is first seen standing alongside Smiley as he gives a speech to the Education Institution. She is also seen accompanying and observing Smiley in his bedchamber.
