Charlotte, known more commonly by the pet name Lottie is a recurring antagonist from Jun Mochizuki's Pandora Hearts. She is the most prominent member of the villainous Baskerville Clan and a devoted follower of their master Glen. She acts very peppy and playful and teasing, especially in her interactions with Oz Vessalius and his friends.
