Charlotte Zenfis

Charlotte is a young girl with long blonde hair and blue eyes. Haruto notes that she is small for her age. Charlotte is a curious individual, which led her to investigate Haruto, and she noticed his odd behavior. While initially hesitant around Haruto, she grew to have immense faith in him and his abilities. Haruto introducing her to anime at a young age led to her becoming a chuunibiyo, a big fan of the magical girl genre, and imagining the capita was home to a massive conspiracy (which coincidentally turned out to be true.) Charlotte is noted to be very intelligent, learning Japanese quickly and excelling in her studies. She is also noted to have an even higher magic potential than Gizelotte, which is the cause for Gizelotte's attempts against her life at a young age.
