Ching-Li Hsiao

Ching-Li Hsiao, also known as Genie Hsiao in English, is a Taiwanese Rank 1 Ghoul Investigator and one of the second batch of recruits to the Quinx Squad. Hsiao is a dark-haired young woman of average height and athletic build.
