Chisato Mera

A classmate of Saiki's who always appears looking either starved, or, hyped whenever food or money is being mentioned, as her family is poor and greatly in debt. She works as a part-timer in a cafe that Saiki frequently visits due to its great coffee jelly, although she frequently breaks dishes due to her clumsy nature.
