Chiya

Chiya is one of the main protagonists in the Urara Meirochou series. She was raised in the mountains by Setsu and wishes to become an Urara to find her mother. Chiya is a young girl with large amber-colored eyes and long white hair, stretching down to her legs. She wears a black open-back tank top and red shorts, along with a red ribbon tied around her waist and along her arms, she is also barefooted (and no one seems to notice).
