Chiyomi Ogawa

Chiyomi Ogawa is a classmate of Tomo Aizawa and the best friend of Naoko Mifune. Ogawa is a tan-skinned girl with bleached blonde hair (her original color being black) that is tied in a ponytail pulling the front hair out of her face with brown hair visible at the roots. This style of appearance is called 'Gyaru' in Japan. During middle school, Ogawa still had short hair, but it wasn't bleached yet; it was held up at the front by one hair band. She was also not tanned at this stage too, her appearance was much more rule-conforming.
